Erin has over seven years of experience in digital strategy and received her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design in 2018. As a user experience professional, Erin is passionate about designing empathetic experiences that reflect the everyday realities of her users.
After earning a dual-degree in Public Relations and International Studies from The Pennsylvania State University, Erin began working for Oxford University Press in NYC. As a Product Marketing Manager, she oversaw a global team of product experts specializing in brand and product development for a range of online academic databases. With varied responsibilities, Erin found a passion for user research and human centered design and ultimately decided to pursue her master’s at Bentley University.
While not at work Erin can be found hiking with her dog, enjoying a yoga class, or spending time with her family.
