Clearing the “Fuzzy” from the frontend, we utilize a metric-based approach to research and testing to quantify results and translate findings into actionable items the development teams can use to improve each solution. Our Convergent Thinking methods rely on intellect and analytics to help identify and test solutions that have merit and should be kept alive for continued development.
